Miley started last night at her birthday bash celebrating her new adulthood at Trousdale in LA.
She was seen making out with her rumored new boyfriend Avan Jogia although a source says:
They're just hanging out. She's still single. They have just hung out together a few times and are getting to know each other, that's really it right now. She had such a good time at her party. She was so happy & having so much fun just dancing nonstop, surrounded by all of her friends. It was the party she was hoping for.'
Looks like they were REALLY trying to get to know each others private parts if you ask me.
