Having battled bulimia and self mutilation in the past Demi Lovato checked into a rehab for "emotional and physical issues" as stated by a representative of the Disney starlet.
After her breakup with Joe Jonas, which reportedly was a publicity stunt she had no idea about, Demi finally cracked this weekend when she got into an altercation with one of her dancers and threatened Joe's new girlfriend Ashley Greene.
Lovato, 18, also backed out of the world tour co-starring her fellow castmates of Camp Rock and the Jonas Brothers.
Dad, Patrick Lovato blames her lashing out on her lifestyle. He says, "There are a lot of pressures. That is one of the things I worried about when she signed with Disney."
