People and their fake boobs, I just don't get it.

Shavoun, a contestant of the Real World/Road Rules challenge was rushed to the hospital just this week. After jumping belly-first into the water in one of the competitions, one of her breast implants bursted open.

Smooth move blondie.

Shavoun's doctors advised her to drop out of the competition to recover from the injury. Get better betch!
