Richard Heene (MAJOR douchebag) has been sentenced to do some jail time after the HUGE hoax that is Balloon Boy.
The most significant charges the family faces could result in a maximum sentence of six years in prison and a $500,000 fine.
Heene's lawyer released a statement saying that he expects the Richard Heene the suspect of the "Balloon Boy" hoax to be charged by Wednesday -- and when that happens Heene will plead not guilty.
NOT GUILTY? HA!
These people are sick in the head. To do that to you're children is disgusting. He literally made his kids sick from all this media attention.
