Miley spotted sporting a JONAS t-shirt in London...alot of people didnt realize that the Hannah Montana star was walking around with only one shoe on. WTF LOL?

Also, rumor has it that Miley tried to get herself into a bar in Miami recently but was turned down because shes not 21+ ...or it could be that she showed up looking like that. Who knows really.
