While out getting a mani-pedi in LA, Miss Whitney Port made a new friend. Some rando decided to join Whit and her friend for a little walk and talk.We are sensing that lady in the MJ shirt has a few screws loose, but Whitney seems to go along with it like a good sport LOL.
