BIG surprise here! Apparently not EVERYONE in the world knows who Miley Cyrus or Hannah Montana is.

Miley was recently in New York City where her and a friend went for a bite to eat. The manager asked her for her name to put on the order which she replied, "are you serious, you dont recognize me? I'm Miley Cyrus"

The guy answered "that's nice for you"
