According to reports, a man in France has been ordered by a judge for NOT getting freaky with his bride.

Jean-Louis B of France has to now fork over 14,000 dollars to his wife of 21 years for lack of a sexual interaction. He claims however that his health problems are to blame.

Article 215 in France's civil code requires citizens to be DTF stating: "A sexual relationship between husband and wife is the expression of affection they have for each other, and married couples must agree to a shared communal life, which includes sex."

Kate Bosworth covered Black Book magazine this month in which she talks about working with True Blood hottie Alexander Skarsgard in the upcoming movie Straw Dogs. In the movie Alex's character rapes Kates and she admits to actually feeling terrified while they were filming the rape scene.

Former Spice Girl, Melanie "Mel B" Brown gave birth to a baby girl and her third child and first child with husband Stephen Belafonte!

No name revealed but she has taken to her Twitter to share the news by tweeting:

"Finally our baby arrives! Stephen nearly passed out, Phoenix screamed, I
laughed so hard the baby popped out! She is just sooo amazing! I wanna thank you
ALL for your beautiful well wishes, it means a lot to me, you guys are the best,
I am SOOOOOO blessed my heart is melting!!"
